ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Sandra Gal (SGA) 1:1 online coaching is operated by SG Creative Flow Enterprises LLC (SGCFE) based in Florida, USA. This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply when you participate in SGA 1:1 online coaching.
By using SGA 1:1 coaching services, you agree to be bound by its terms of use and shall comply thereof.
This Agreement describes and encompasses the entire agreement between SGCFE and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the services and the content provided by or through other Sites, and the subject matter of this Agreement.
If you are entering into the Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to the Terms. If you do not have such authority, you must not accept the Terms or use the Service on behalf of such entity. The Service is only available to you if you have entered the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence and are fully able and competent to enter into, abide by and comply with the Terms.
SGA and SGCFE are not responsible if information made available during the services is not accurate, complete or current. Any reliance on the services provided is at your own risk.

YOUR USE OF SERVICES PROVIDED AS DESCRIBED ABOVE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
CONFIDENTIALITY
You agree not to disclose information you obtain from us. All information submitted to you by SGA is proprietary information of SGCFE and is confidential. You agree not to reproduce, disseminate, sell, distribute or commercially exploit any such proprietary information in any manner.
SEVERABILI TY OF TERMS
In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable pursuant to any judicial decree or decision, such provision shall be deemed to apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The Agreement describes and encompasses the entire agreement between SGCFE and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the contents and materials provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Florida, without any reference to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute, controversy or difference which may arise between the parties out of, in relation to or in connection with this Agreement is hereby irrevocably submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida, to the exclusion of any other courts without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual state or country of residence.
