Terms & Conditions – Sandra Gal Golf Retreats

Organized by SG Creative Flow Enterprises LLC

These Terms & Conditions apply to the following retreats:

• Sarasota Golf Reset – January 24–26, 2026 | Sarasota, Florida, USA
• Golf Reset Europe – May 30–31, 2026 | Finca Cortesin, Spain

Organizer

This retreat is organized and operated by SG Creative Flow Enterprises LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Sandra Gal (“Organizer”).
All payments and contractual relationships are with SG Creative Flow Enterprises LLC.

1. Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of registration to confirm your spot.
• Spaces are limited and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Prices are quoted in the currency specified on the official retreat booking page and include only the instruction and activities specifically listed in the retreat program.
• For the Golf Reset Europe retreat (Finca Cortesin, Spain), prices are quoted in EUR. Participants paying in a different currency bear full foreign exchange risk. EUR prices will not be adjusted to reflect currency fluctuations between booking and payment dates.

2. Participant Cancellations

• 31 days or more before the retreat: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
• 15–30 days before the retreat: 50% refund if the spot cannot be filled; full refund minus 10% if a replacement participant is found. It is the cancelling participant’s sole responsibility to identify and propose a suitable replacement. The Organizer has no obligation to seek a replacement on the participant’s behalf.
• 14 days or less before the retreat or for no-shows: No refund.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Refunds are limited to amounts received by the Organizer net of any non-recoverable third-party payment processing fees (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), which are non-refundable.

3. Organizer Cancellations or Modifications

• If Sandra Gal or SG Creative Flow Enterprises LLC must cancel the retreat (e.g., due to illness, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances), participants will receive a full refund of all payments made to the Organizer. This refund does not cover third-party costs such as travel or accommodation.
• The Organizer is not responsible for additional costs incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation.
• If the event must be rescheduled, participants may either transfer their booking to the new dates or receive a full refund.

4. Weather Policy & Alternative Programming

• Golf activities are subject to weather conditions and host-course policies.
• In the case of inclement weather (heavy rain, lightning, or course closure), the retreat will proceed with indoor alternative instruction, such as:
• Mental-game coaching and focus exercises
• Swing-video review and technical analysis
• Short-game and course-strategy discussions
• Individual Q&A and mindset sessions
• These indoor sessions are considered valid instructional time.
• If weather or unforeseen events make it impossible for Sandra Gal to teach at all, participants will receive a pro-rated refund for the missed day(s).

5. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants must ensure they are physically fit and able to participate in golf activities. Participants with pre-existing medical conditions, recent injuries, or other health concerns are strongly encouraged to consult a physician before registering. By completing registration, participants represent that they are medically cleared to participate in golf and related physical activities.
• Proper golf attire and etiquette are required at all times.
• Participants must follow all safety instructions and course rules.
• The Organizer reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is unsafe or disruptive, without refund.

6. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

• By registering, participants acknowledge that golf and related activities involve inherent risks.
• The Organizer (SG Creative Flow Enterprises LLC), Sandra Gal, and the host venue shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, property loss, or other damages arising during the retreat, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• For Golf Reset Europe participants: This liability limitation is governed by the laws of the State of Florida (see §9). To the extent mandatory consumer protection or liability rules applicable in the participant’s country of residence impose additional protections, those protections shall apply.
• Participants are strongly encouraged to maintain personal health and travel insurance.

7. Photography & Media Consent

• Photos or videos may be taken during the retreat for marketing and promotional purposes by Sandra Gal or SG Creative Flow Enterprises LLC.
• Participants who prefer not to appear in such materials must notify the Organizer in writing prior to the retreat start date. Opt-out requests must be submitted by email to info@GolfSkool.com with the subject line “Media Opt-Out – [Retreat Name] – [Participant Full Name]”. Requests received after the retreat start date cannot be accommodated retroactively.

8. Force Majeure

• The Organizer shall not be liable for any delay or cancellation resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or venue closures.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
• Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Sarasota County, Florida.
• To the extent required by applicable mandatory law in a participant’s country of residence (including EU consumer protection legislation), such mandatory local protections shall apply notwithstanding the choice of Florida law. This clause does not limit the Organizer’s rights under Florida law where such mandatory local provisions do not apply.

10. Data Privacy

• SG Creative Flow Enterprises LLC collects and processes personal data (including name, contact details, and payment information) solely for the purpose of retreat administration, communication, and promotional activities where consent has been given.
• Data will not be sold or transferred to third parties except as required for retreat operations (e.g., host venue, payment processors).
• Participants based in the European Union or European Economic Area have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data. To exercise these rights, contact: info@GolfSkool.com.
• Personal data will be retained for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and in any event not longer than 5 years after the retreat date, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment for this retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions as published on the official retreat webpage
