These Booking Terms apply to GolfSkool golf retreats and VIP experiences organized and operated by SG Creative Flow Enterprises LLC.
The following retreat is currently covered by these Booking Terms:
These terms form the agreement between you and SG Creative Flow Enterprises LLC for the retreat named above.
By completing payment, you confirm your booking and your acceptance of these Booking Terms. Please read them carefully before paying.
This retreat is organized and operated by SG Creative Flow Enterprises LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Sandra Gal (“Organizer”).
All payments and contractual relationships relating to the retreat are with SG Creative Flow Enterprises LLC unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Not included: travel to and from Brooksville, accommodation, transportation, meals other than those confirmed to you in writing, golf equipment and personal expenses.
The retreat fee is payable in full to confirm your place unless another payment arrangement has been confirmed in writing.
Places are limited and are held only once payment has been successfully received. Payment may be made using the payment methods made available by the Organizer.
Cancellations must be sent in writing to mail@sandragal.com. The date on which we receive your cancellation request will be used to determine the applicable cancellation period.
If we cancel the retreat for reasons within our reasonable control, you will be offered either a full refund of the retreat fee paid to us or a place on an alternative retreat date, at your choice.
If the retreat cannot go ahead for reasons outside our reasonable control, including a hurricane or tropical storm warning, closure of the venue, a public emergency, government restrictions or instructor illness, we will offer you a place on an alternative retreat date within twelve months or full credit toward another eligible retreat.
If no reasonable alternative can be agreed within that period, we will refund the retreat fee paid to us in full.
Our liability is limited to the retreat fee you have paid, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
We cannot reimburse travel, accommodation, transportation or other third-party expenses booked separately. We strongly recommend refundable bookings and appropriate travel insurance, particularly for a Florida retreat during hurricane season.
Golf is an outdoor activity and the retreat will operate in most weather conditions.
Where lightning, storms, extreme heat or other conditions make outdoor play unsafe, sessions may move to covered or indoor practice areas and the programme will continue with suitable alternative instruction.
Alternative instruction may include swing analysis, video review, mental game coaching, course strategy, short game instruction, individual feedback or other appropriate golf coaching.
Reasonable weather-related changes to the programme do not give rise to a refund.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The retreat involves walking on uneven ground, repeated golf swings and several hours of physical activity outdoors. It is open to all standards of player, but participants should be in reasonable health and physically able to take part.
Every participant must complete and sign any Participant Waiver & Health Form required by the Organizer before taking part. Participation may not be permitted without the required documentation.
Please inform us in advance of any relevant injury, medical condition, medication, allergy or dietary requirement that we should reasonably know about. Any information shared for this purpose will be treated confidentially.
Participants are expected to follow the rules, safety requirements and dress code of the host facility and to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff and other participants.
We reserve the right to end a participant’s involvement without refund where behaviour is dangerous, unlawful or seriously disruptive to others.
Photographs and video may be taken during the retreat for participant use and, where consent has been given, for promotional purposes.
Consent for promotional use of identifiable photographs or video will be requested separately where appropriate. You may decline promotional media consent without affecting your participation in the retreat.
If you prefer not to appear in promotional material, please inform us.
Golf clubs, equipment, luggage and other personal belongings remain your responsibility throughout the retreat.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property. Participants may wish to confirm that their own insurance covers golf equipment and other valuable belongings while travelling.

These Booking Terms, the applicable payment details, any written booking confirmation and any required participant waiver form together form the agreement between you and SG Creative Flow Enterprises LLC concerning the retreat.
We may make reasonable changes to the itinerary, tee times, venue areas, programme or running order where circumstances require it, provided that the overall substance of the retreat is maintained.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the retreat is limited to the retreat fee you have paid. Nothing in these Booking Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
If any part of these Booking Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
These Booking Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to a participant and cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from or in connection with the retreat shall be brought before the appropriate courts in Florida.
