Terms & Conditions – Corporate Golf Retreats

Organized by Sandra Gal Creative Flow Enterprises LLC
in cooperation with GolfSkool

These Terms & Conditions apply to all corporate golf retreats, team experiences, executive golf events, and related programs organized by Sandra Gal Creative Flow Enterprises LLC in cooperation with GolfSkool.

Organizer

This retreat is organized and operated by Sandra Gal Creative Flow Enterprises LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Sandra Gal (“Organizer”), in cooperation with GolfSkool.
All contractual agreements and payments are made with Sandra Gal Creative Flow Enterprises LLC unless otherwise stated in writing.

1. Booking & Payment

• Bookings are made by the contracting company or business client (“Client”) on behalf of its employees, guests, or designated participants (“Attendees”).
• A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the agreed deposit or full payment, as specified in the applicable proposal, booking confirmation, or invoice.
• Final payment is due prior to the retreat start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Spaces, dates, and program components are confirmed subject to availability.
• Prices are quoted in the currency specified in the applicable proposal or invoice and include only those services expressly listed.
• Where prices are quoted in EUR or USD, any payment made in another currency is subject to exchange rate fluctuations and related transaction costs, which are borne solely by the Client.

2. Client Cancellations

• 31 days or more before the retreat start date: refund of payments made, minus a 10% administrative fee.
• 15 to 30 days before the retreat start date: 50% refund of payments made.
• 14 days or less before the retreat start date, or in case of no-show: no refund.
• The Client may substitute Attendees at any time prior to the retreat start date, provided the Organizer is informed in writing within a reasonable time.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days and are limited to amounts actually received by the Organizer, net of any non-recoverable third-party payment processing fees.

3. Organizer Cancellations or Modifications

• If the Organizer must cancel the retreat due to illness, injury, venue unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances, the Client will receive a full refund of all payments made directly to the Organizer.
• The Organizer is not responsible for any third-party costs incurred by the Client or Attendees, including but not limited to travel, lodging, meals, visa fees, or transportation.
• If the retreat must be rescheduled, the Client may choose either to transfer the booking to the new date or receive a full refund.
• The Organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the program, schedule, venue, instructors, or session format where necessary, provided the overall nature and value of the retreat are not materially reduced.

4. Weather Policy & Alternative Programming

• Golf activities are subject to weather conditions, host venue policies, and course availability.
• In the event of inclement weather, course closure, or other circumstances affecting outdoor play, the retreat may continue with alternative indoor or covered programming, including but not limited to:
• Mental game coaching and leadership mindset sessions
• Swing video review and technical analysis
• Short game instruction and scoring strategy discussions
• Executive Q&A, team development, and performance coaching sessions
• Such alternative programming shall constitute valid delivery of retreat services and does not entitle the Client to a refund.
• If weather or unforeseen circumstances make it impossible for the Organizer to deliver any meaningful instruction or programming at all, the Client may receive a pro-rated refund at the Organizer’s discretion for the affected portion only.

5. Client and Attendee Responsibilities

• The Client is responsible for ensuring that all Attendees are physically able and medically fit to participate in golf and related retreat activities.
• Attendees with injuries, medical conditions, or other health concerns should consult a physician before participation.
• The Client is responsible for communicating all relevant participation requirements, safety standards, dress codes, and venue rules to all Attendees.
• All Attendees must follow the instructions of the Organizer, coaches, venue staff, and any applicable safety protocols at all times.
• The Organizer reserves the right to remove any Attendee whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inconsistent with the event environment, without refund.

6. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

• By booking the retreat, the Client acknowledges, and confirms on behalf of its Attendees, that golf and related physical activities involve inherent risks, including the risk of injury.
• Participation in the retreat is voluntary and at each Attendee’s own risk.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer, Sandra Gal, GolfSkool, and the host venue shall not be liable for any injury, accident, illness, delay, loss, theft, damage to property, or other claim arising out of or in connection with the retreat, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• The Client remains responsible for maintaining appropriate corporate, travel, accident, health, and liability insurance coverage for its Attendees where applicable.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by mandatory applicable law.

7. Photography, Media & Branding

• Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for marketing, editorial, and promotional purposes by the Organizer.
• If the Client or any Attendee does not wish to appear in such materials, the Client must notify the Organizer in writing prior to the retreat start date.
• The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to respect such requests but cannot guarantee exclusion from incidental background capture in group settings.
• Any use by the Organizer of the Client’s name, logo, trademarks, or other corporate branding in promotional materials requires prior written consent from the Client.

8. Force Majeure

• The Organizer shall not be liable for any delay, modification, or cancellation resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, war, terrorism, government restrictions, travel disruption, venue closure, or failure of suppliers or service providers.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
• Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.
• To the extent mandatory consumer or commercial protections under applicable law in the Client’s or Attendee’s country of residence or principal place of business apply and cannot lawfully be excluded, such protections shall remain unaffected.

10. Data Privacy

• Sandra Gal Creative Flow Enterprises LLC collects and processes personal data, including names, contact details, participant information, and payment information, solely for the purpose of retreat administration, logistics, communication, and related promotional activities where consent has been given or another lawful basis applies.
• Personal data will not be sold and will only be shared with third parties where necessary for retreat delivery, including venues, hotels, instructors, transportation providers, and payment processors.
• Where applicable, individuals located in the European Union or European Economic Area may have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, restrict, or request deletion of their personal data.
• Requests concerning personal data may be directed to: info@GolfSkool.com.
• Personal data will be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and no longer than 5 years after the retreat date unless a longer retention period is required by law.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment, signing a proposal, approving an invoice, or otherwise confirming a booking for a corporate retreat, the Client acknowledges that it has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions as published on the official retreat webpage.
