Weight begins to shift toward the lead side
First, the weight starts moving toward the lead side
Hips begin to rotate
Then, the hips begin to rotate and maintain the separation
Shoulders begin to turn through
Then, the shoulders start turning so the club can fall into a better slot
Energy transfers naturally into the club
Finally, energy transfers naturally through the wrists into the club

Keep it simple. These are not isolated positions, but flowing transitions.
If the sequence happens in the right order, the swing feels more natural, the club drops into a better position, and speed builds without extra effort.
